Departure from the USA bound for
England! |

Day 2 |
London
You are
met by your European Institute Tour Director and
accompanied to your centrally located hotel.

Day 3 |
London
Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour as
our local guide introduces the many faces of London. We
will see magnificent Big Ben, the Houses of
Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Westminster
Abbey and finish off with the pageantry of the
Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace (in
season).

Day 4 |
Paris
This morning we board Europe's newest train, the
incredible Eurostar, destination the City of
Light!
This afternoon our local
guide introduces us to Napoleon's grand Arc de
Triomphe, the famous Champs Elysées, Place
de la Concorde steeped in France's turbulent
history, magnificent Place Vendome and one of
Europe's most beautiful cathedrals, Notre Dame.

Day 5 |
Paris
Today we marvel at Louis XIV's Versailles. Our
tour takes us through the 250 foot long hall of mirrors
and the royal apartments to the magnificent gardens and
Marie Antoinette's Petit Hameau.
This evening we take you
to top of the Eiffel Tower for a 'bird's eye
view' of the city!

Day 6 |
Lucerne Board your TGV
(Train à Grande Vitesse) and admire the beautiful
countryside as you cross the border to Switzerland.
Arrival in Lucerne with time for exploration.

Day 7 |
Lucerne
Sightseeing of Lucerne includes the moving
Swiss Lion Monument, the mural-decorated wooden
bridge, and the Old Town. Plenty of time for
us to explore.
Later, you can opt to join our excursion to Mount
Pilatus for breathtaking views across the Alps.

Day 8 |
Heidelberg
Today we journey to
admire the magnificent Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen
before continuing through the Black Forest to
Heidelberg where we visit the Castle situated
high above this university city.

Day 9 |
Return to the USA. |
