At The European Institute, we recognize the
sacrifice a teacher makes helping to organize a successful trip
for their students.
We feel that kind of effort and dedication
should not go unrewarded. To thank you for your hard work we
offer the following benefits to our group leaders: |

Teachers Travel Free |
|
You earn one free trip for yourself with the first six
participants you enroll (only five if you are new to The
European Institute!).
You then earn a second trip with a total of 12
paying participants enrolled (and another free trip for every 6
additional participants enrolled thereafter).

Overseas Conferences
|
|
As a way to say thank you for your dedication to your students
in joining us to organize successful trips, we are pleased to
offer you the opportunity to engage in some sightseeing and
learning for yourself.
With as few as 15 paying participants you
could quality for our free conference to London over Martin
Luther weekend. The conference is also a fantastic means of
getting to know us a better as well as exchange ideas with
fellow group leaders. The best part though is that we plan
everything for you, from flights to hotels – it’s all taken care
of.
If for any reason you are unable to attend however, you may
choose to defer your trip for a year or take the cash option
instead.

Register Your Travelers by October 15th
|

To qualify for your free place simply enroll 15 participants by
October 15th (15 more for a second free place).

Earn A Cash Stipend |
|
In addition to traveling free, we also give you the most
generous cash stipends in the industry. These stipends are
calculated according to the number of people who travel with you
and the cost of your trip.

Experience Bonus |
|
Your experience in student travel counts. If you have led groups
with The European Institute or another approved travel
organization, you qualify for a cash bonus. |

Included for all Group Leaders
|
|
1) Free single
accommodation provided for group leaders who enroll 6 or more
full paying participants, and who do not travel with a spouse,
assistant or adult participant of the same sex. Single rooms are
not available on overnight trains, ferry or cruise ships.
2)
Automatic
coverage under our Comprehensive Insurance and Liability Plan.
3)
Tour
syllabus tailored to your requirements.
4) If your
group elects to purchase a field trip, you will join them at no
extra cost.
5) Extend your
stay at no extra cost (provided you return from the same gateway
on Monday though Thursday, and there is another adult with your
group to accompany the students home).
6) 24 hours
support network in the US and Europe while you are overseas.
